A 1000psf system is provided due to the 4" deep vertical stiffeners with 3/16" steel skin plate.

The radius you require is achieved by a factory rooled top and bottom rib being bolted to the flexible form. And with a straight rib, you can produce a staright wall as well. Changing your wall radius, is as simple as changing the ribs.

Because the steel skin plate flexes to the desired radius, there is no chording effect as with conventional forming systems. Also conventional systems produce joint marks that require grinding and rubbing. Flex-Form produces smooth concrete surfaces that require virtually no finishing labor.
