 The
Resi-Ply Forming System is a 1-1/8" plywood system designed especially for
residential foundations and low industrial concrete walls.
The Resi-Ply Forming Systems, with its attached hardware can be positioned and set quickly. The connecting hardware, which secures the tie and subsequent form , also helps align the forms. The waler bracket, which slides over the hex head bolts, accepts standard lumber to bring the formwork in to final alignment.
The 1 1/8" 100/100 HDO plywood is very durable and conforms to U.S. product standard PSI-83 for structural plywood for consistent strength and quality. The extra costs associated with lost hardware are eliminated and your productivity increases with the attached locking hardware. Extra versatility and compatibility are achieved through a variety of form heights from 2' to 10' with 4-bar, 5-bar and 6-bar configurations.
A complete list of fillers and corners with several backing bar configurations means no improvising or job-building. By using a transition filler you can quickly connect Resi-Ply to Steel-Ply or Symons Silver, to maximize inventory utilization of forming systems. |

Resi-Ply
Panels, Fillers and Ties are interchangeable with other 1-1/8" plywood
forming systems. So even when you switch to Resi-Ply you won't obsolete your
current system.
You'll use less storage space and take up less room
on the truck to transport other materials due to the panels relatively flat
design.
